The driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall of Kefalonia airport, ferry port/cruise terminal, after you have collected your luggage.

The driver will be holding a sign with the Lead Passenger’s name provided to us at the time of  booking.

Departures: If you are being collected from a hotel, the driver will meet you in the hotel’s main lobby. If you are being collected from a private apartment or villa, please wait out front at the scheduled pick-up time.

This most commonly occurs due to a misspelt email address.If this happens to you please contact us on +30 6977 95 87 00 or send a WhatsApp or Viber message and we will deal with your booking as quickly as possible.

The “Meet & Greet” services is where the drivers will park their vehicle and meet you with a name board in the appropriate place (e.g in arrivals hall at the airport).

The driver will put exactly what you entered in the “Name , First/Last” field onto the name board,therefore if you’d rather the driver doesen’t know the passenger’s name then use a pseudonym instead.Obviously you will need to make sure the passenger is aware so they what to look out for.

Yes,we are fully licensed,drivers and vehicles.

Yes, upon request we can arrange for child and booster seats to be included for your journey at no extra cost.

We advise you get to the airport at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time for international flights and 1 hour before the scheduled departure for domestic flights.

We have a network of local operators, if we can not supply the vehicle we will be able to book the journey with one of our other partner companies. We will do this automatically and for the same price. 

All reservations are for private transfers and you, will be the vehicle’s only passengers. This means no queues, no waiting for other passengers to arrive and no additional stops.

Even though smoking is prohibited by the EU, you can always smoke in consultation with the driver, before boarding in the taxi or in the case of big distant destination to place stand 5-10 minutes.
