We, “Papadatos Bros”, a company registered in Argostoli, Kefalonia, Greece, with company number MHTE 0458E81000156601 and registered office at 30 Souidias Street, “Kefalonia Taxi Service” act as agent and manager in relation to all bookings received by us and/or and we do on your behalf.
For all transportation arrangements, your reservation will be made either by our company’s means of transportation, or by another of our corporate partners.
By making a booking with us, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions detailed below:
When your booking is confirmed by us, we will send you a booking confirmation email as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse any of your bookings in case of unavailability of vehicles. We do not guarantee that we will make any confirmation on every booking request. In the unlikely event that we are unable to confirm your booking, we will email you to let you know as soon as possible.
We do not accept any responsibility in relation to any booking you make or any transport arrangements or other services or for the acts or omissions of any other taxi company or other person or parties associated with them.
You must check all the information you give us at the time of booking to make sure it is correct, including the collection information we will send you by email. Once you have confirmed these details, we will proceed to confirm your booking.
Check that all required fields (email, names, dates, flight number, times, contact phone) are correct when submitting the booking form and inform us of any errors or omissions immediately. Any changes or omissions made to these details and you do not notify us immediately will affect the status of your reservation and we bear no responsibility in case the driver does not show up on the predetermined day, time and place of your pickup! The booking information you provide to us will only be passed on to the driver who has arranged your transfer.
To pay for the taxi reservation you have made, you must either pay the driver in cash (at the price we have sent you) to pick you up, or by PayPal, or by card (upon request). If you choose to pay the driver, please make sure you have the correct amount of cash available, in local currency (EUR). If you choose to pay by PayPal or card you will also be charged the corresponding transaction amount (fee).Please consider that for last minute taxi bookings from the areas of Fiskardo, Sami, Poros, Agia Efimia, Assos, Skala, Katelios, Lixouri and for any other destination we deem appropriate, we reserve the right to ask the customer to pre-pay the route via a payment link via message, WhatsApp, Viber, Email, PayPal.
When the payment is made, only then will your booking be confirmed for the taxi to pick you up. For the cancellation of the taxi in these destinations this can be done within 10 minutes. Refunds are made and we reserve the right to keep as a form of compensation a a small amount for fuel for the distance traveled and transaction fees for refunding the customer.
We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. Special note: changes and errors sometimes occur.
If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking. We will pass on all such requests to the driver, but we cannot guarantee that they will be met, especially in months where there are too many matching requests from customers. Please note that our drivers will provide you with child/infant seats if requested whenever possible , however there may be rare instances when such seats are unable to be provided due to unforeseen last minute vehicle substitution, for example. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the seats provided will fit your child exactly.
Changes and Cancellations by You
Our company allows you to cancel your reservation free of charge, provided that you do not do so at the last minute.
If you cancel the reservation with us at the last minute, we reserve the right to ask the customer to compensate the taxi either for the wait, or for the distance traveled until canceling, or for the loss of another itinerary/customer that coincided in time the same time.
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us by email using the details you used to make the booking.
Pick up Time Flexibility
Sometimes we will need to change the scheduled pick-up time from your accommodation. This will be by mutual agreement between us and the customer (if they agree to this). Also
we will inform you as soon as possible if the driver will be delayed due to traffic or any other problem on the road.
All vehicle descriptions are provided by our company. These are reserved for you along with a guide to take you to your favorite destination. The vehicles on our website may differ in size and capacity from those that will pick you up. We cannot guarantee the type of vehicle that will pick you up (exceptions only upon request from the customer for a specific vehicle). The vehicle’s brand and model images shown on the page are for illustration purposes only and we do not guarantee that these vehicles will be provided by us for your transportation.
The distance and trip time provided are for planning purposes only. You may find that construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may cause conditions to differ from the information published and you should plan your trip accordingly.
